Helen has previously worked in-house as a dealer in a Japanese bank, running her own book and being part of a financial product structuring team. She is uniquely placed to advice on trading and brokerage issues with an understanding of investment house concerns and has a particular in-depth knowledge of ISDA and trading documentation
